Password Strength

I'm sure that, if you've been around for some time, you've heard of someone's account being hijacked. Half the time, that's because the password was something too simple. Between the 15th and 17th centuries, with Gutenberg's invention, the number of books grew quickly and more authors were born. The Internet is littered with thousands of directories and yet there still people who create new ones... like me here on Snap! Websites. Well... I like the idea of a central repository of directories that I could use and thought that it would be nice to share them with you.

A question that I quite often get from newbies is: how can I know that my Snap! Blogger site is getting there?

The following are several points that I wanted to bring to your attention and that are very easy to check1. Each one of these should be a goal, although you may want to tweak the list to your own personal taste.

You may have heard, again, that Bit Torrent was involved in a lawsuit on September 4, 20101. Each time, the lawsuit is about copyrighted material and in this specific case it is about a number of people sharing porn movies via Bit Torrent.

I think that if you are interested in Blogging to talk about yourself, your dog, your awesome cooking, then you are certainly not affected by all the Internet Marketing Hype trends! On the other hand, if your end goal is to make money with your blog, you probably read all those sales letters each one telling you that the previous won't work because no one uses that technique anymore.

Blogging has been around for more than 10 years and the same people still make money and new bloggers are getting there every day.

The difference between the hype and a good sane approach is quite simple...

As you move forward with your blog or website, you want to add content with your keywords. This will make Google index your pages with that keyword1.

My blog talks about Snap! Websites as well as Snap! Blogger Lite, Snap! Blogger Pro and Snap! Business. Those are our 3 products and the name of this website so kind of like the name of my blog.

Having decided that Snap! by itself or Website by itself would not cut it very well on a Google search, I combined both. After about two weeks posting on my blog, there are the results...
